Our Story
Founded in 2015, Ararat Landscapes & Construction Company started as a small construction firm focused on residential projects. Over the years, we have grown into a leading multidisciplinary company, offering a wide range of construction, civil engineering, and landscaping services.
With our roots in Nairobi, Kenya, we have expanded our reach across multiple regions, consistently applying our values of quality, integrity, and innovation to every project we undertake. Eng. Dominic Kinyua
Company Technical Director
Dominic Kinyua is professional in the built environment with B.L. Architecture Course at Jkuat
(1st Class Hons); M.A (Planning) at the University of Nairobi and Ph.D. in Urban Architecture
Heritage. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a member of Kenya
Institute of Planners (KIP), Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) and ICCOMOS. Besides
he is an educationist and a lecturer at Kenyatta University in the School of Architecture and Built
Environment
Robert Njuguna Gitau
Director and a Quantity Surveyor
Robert Njuguna holds a Degree in Bachelors of Quantity Surveying from JKUAT. He is studying a Master
degree in Construction Project Management at the University of Nairobi. He has over 2 years of postgraduate experience in the construction industry. He is a member of Architectural Association of Kenya
(AAK) and Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK)
Eng. Patricia Mwangi
(Geospatial Engineer/Engineering Surveyor)
Patricia has about 10 years of experience in the built environment. She studied geospatial
engineering from UON and holds a master’s degree in geospatial studies. She is a registered
